Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number along with a link via your registered Email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Every order at SENTIMENTS is treated as express by default. This means the moment you place an order, our team ensures it is packed, dispatched, and delivered to you at the earliest, without the need for a separate express option.

Q2: How can I exchange a product for a different size? We’d be glad to help you find the perfect fit. You may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll ensure the replacement reaches you as soon as possible.
Q3: How long does it take to return the product and receive a refund?
Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours of your return request. After the returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
