Orders & Sales Terms

• Order Acceptance & Cancellation All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, reselling, inventory/price errors, export restrictions). If payment was captured for a cancelled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
• Shipping & Delivery (Domestic & International) We ship via third-party carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier or customs processes. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for receiving the shipment. For international orders, customs clearance may require additional information from you.
• Title, Risk of Loss, Taxes & Duties Title to goods transfers upon dispatch from our facility; risk of loss transfers on delivery to the carrier (or as per applicable law/incoterms). Domestic taxes are included/charged as per law. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
• Order Changes & Cancellations by Customer Changes/cancellations are possible until the order is processed for shipment. Once shipped, changes are not possible; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for post-delivery options.
• Resellers & Bulk Orders We may limit or refuse orders suspected to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or freight-forwarding addresses.
• Grievance Redressal We endeavour to resolve order/shipping complaints promptly. Please contact support@sentimentsindia.com with order details; issues will be investigated and addressed per our policies and applicable law.

Prohibited Uses

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or unlawful use. Sections intended to survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities) shall survive.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Relationship of Parties

Nothing herein creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship. No party has the authority to bind the other.

Assignment; No Waiver; Severability

You may not assign your rights/obligations without our written consent. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will continue in full force.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentiments regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings.
