At SENTIMENTS, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we are here to make your return or exchange process smooth and hassle-free.

7-Day Return & Refund Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of delivery.

To begin, simply fill out our Return/Refund Form, and our team will respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Requests received over the weekend will be addressed on the next business day.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a successful return, please make sure your item:

  • It is unworn, unused, and in its original condition as received.
  • Has the original seal and tags intact (as shown in the image).
  • It is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.

If the seals are tampered with or removed,

we won’t be able to process an exchange, return/refund.

  • Returns must include all original packaging, components, and complimentary goodies.
  • Proof of purchase is required for items not bought from sentimentsindia.com
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds. Size exchanges may be offered subject to availability and approval.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • For missing item claims, we may request an unboxing video for validation.
  • Damaged/defective/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Complimentary Pick-Up: We’ll arrange a courier pick-up directly from your delivery address.
  • Packaging Requirement: Kindly ensure the entire box (including free goodies) is packed securely for return. Returns without complimentary items will not be accepted.

No Self-Shipping Needed: You don’t have to ship anything yourself; our courier partners will handle it end-to-end.

International Orders (Outside India)

Sentiments footwear is crafted true to size, so we encourage thoughtful selection before purchase.

  • If a return is still required, international customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Products must be shipped to the address provided after your request is approved.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@sentimentsindia.com with details and images. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Returns are accepted only on full-price products.

Exchanges

For size or fit exchanges, please use our exchange service via the Return/Refund/Exchange form.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: Banks and card issuers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
